Job Summary
Rotate through job functions across all business areas, from stocking warehouses to computing financial statements and generating business. Work alongside dedicated teams to handle diverse tasks while developing leadership skills for future Profit Center Manager roles. Make strategic decisions on hiring, product selection, pricing, and customer engagement through sales and marketing. This three-year development program prepares bright, driven individuals to run their own businesses with autonomy and accountability. You will work with a mentor every step of the way within a large organization that has a family feel.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA
- An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation)
- A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business
- Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences
- The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
- Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service
