Management Trainee - Waltham area

Serve as the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring, with the goal of eventually running your own branch. This role includes a 45-hour work week, $56,000 annual compensation, and benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) match. Located at one of our Waltham, MA area branches, you will join a privately held company managing a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles across 90 countries.
