Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from a neighborhood branch location with a 46-hour work week and an annual compensation range of $53,000-$55,000. Requires a bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and six months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- No more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- At least 6 month experience in one of the following categories: Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling), Customer Service, or Leadership (Military and/or college or professional athletics participation)
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the last 3 years (DUI/DWI)
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
