Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills within our Management Training Program. Engage in hands-on learning with structured mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish essential community relationships. Operate from a neighborhood branch location with an average 45-hour work week and a targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,542.20.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas: Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential, Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality), Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team, Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
