Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills within a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Operate from a neighborhood branch with a focus on friendly competition and a culture of putting customers first. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or within 2 semesters of graduating), 6 months of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license with no major violations. Compensation is $51,300 annually with a 45-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership
- Experience as a collegiate/professional athlete
- Leadership experience in the military
- Leadership experience in community/social/academic organizations
- Valid driver's license
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on driving record within the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States
