Job Summary
Implement and assure compliance on Food, Safety, and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area while ensuring day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services. Build sales through leadership support for the Restaurant Manager on client business relations and customer engagement for assigned institutional accounts. Assess operational opportunities and cost management to meet sales and growth targets, managing workforce planning, hiring, orientation, and shift schedules. Execute store administrative activities including office organization, securing government permits, preparing Store Reports, and implementing Store Safety programs. Work shifting schedules and long hours under pressure to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably of Food or Business Related course
- excellent leadership skills
- customer service skills
- communicate well, oral and in writing, to all levels in the store operations
- perform well even under pressure or opposition
- willing to work on shifting schedule and long hours
