Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills in a structured management training program. Establish community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under guidance and mentoring. Prepare to eventually run your own branch within our network of over 9,500 locations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and must be completed at one of our St. Paul neighborhood branches with a 46-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- Valid driver's license
- No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past three years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- At least 18 years old
