Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Establish essential community relationships to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured mentoring. Begin your career path toward running your own branch within our global network of rental locations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (or within one semester of graduating), six months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or leadership, and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $51,010 to $54,552 annually with a 46-hour work week, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and 13 days of paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 months experience in at least two of the following areas: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership/Management
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Age of at least 18 years
