Job Summary
Rotate through job functions across all business areas, from stocking warehouses to computing financial statements and generating sales. Work alongside dedicated teams to handle diverse tasks, building relationships and leading future profit center management decisions. Manage hiring, product selection, pricing, and customer engagement strategies while developing entrepreneurial skills. The program includes a mentorship component and offers competitive base salary with sales incentives and profit-sharing bonuses. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate leadership potential.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA
- An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation)
- A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business
- Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences
- The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills
