Job Summary
Operate in the operational day-to-day business from day one, gaining hands-on experience across sales, customer service, fleet management, and performance management while supporting the achievement of operational goals. Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job, taking ownership of problems and driving efficiency within your team. Work independently with a proactive attitude, solving issues and developing clear learning and performance goals throughout the 12-month journey. Travel up to 50% during the first year as business needs dictate, utilizing a company car upon successful completion to lead in a high-performing airport team or manage a downtown branch.

- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant professional experience in Sales
- Relevant professional experience in Customer Service
- Relevant professional experience in Tourism
- Relevant professional experience in Hospitality
- Relevant professional experience in Management
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving capability
- Ownership mindset
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Ability to work and travel within the United States
- Ability to work up to 50% travel during the first year
- Ability to accept temporary assignments across various locations within the United States
