Management Trainee

Management Trainee program at SIXT (12-month leadership track) to fast-track into a real leadership role across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management. From day one you’ll gain hands-on responsibility, work with Branch Managers and Area Directors, and be guided toward a leadership position anywhere in the United States upon successful completion. You’ll gain exposure to core operations from sales to fleet operations, with training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies. The role requires proactive, independent work, excellent English communication, and a willingness to travel within the United States (periodic travel up to 50%) with a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $27.35, a performance-based bonus, and the use of a company car after program completion; not a fully remote position.
