Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day operational tasks across sales, customer service, and fleet management while collaborating with Branch Managers and Area Directors to support operational goals. Complete a 12-month hands-on leadership program requiring full-time work and up to 50% travel within the United States, with periodic assignments across various locations. Earn an hourly rate of $22.75 with a performance-based bonus and gain access to a company car upon successful completion.
