Job Summary
Help with project planning and implementation, analyze market data for strategic decisions, and create reports for management. Attend training to enhance professional skills, work with teams for a comprehensive company understanding, and propose ways to increase efficiency. Address customer needs for satisfaction and relationships while ensuring smooth day-to-day tasks. You will receive guidance and mentorship from your sales manager within a structured program designed to develop your leadership capabilities. This role involves serving as both the face of IQAir to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
- Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
- Ability to commute to the La Mirada Facility
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
