Job Summary
Greet every member and family warmly at arrival and departure while keeping the facility clean and organized. Oversee the first-day swimmer process, including wristbands, tours, and lane walks, then support daily enrollment efforts by following up on leads via calls and texts. Shadow and assist the AGM in coaching Front Desk team members, handling common customer objections, and serving as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts to ensure full operation across aquatics, front desk, and facilities. This entry-level role in Goldfish Swim School's Manager Development Program builds skills to lead a high-performing team and drive enrollment growth.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years in a customer service, sales, or team support role
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Required to obtain a Lifeguard Certification through Goldfish Swim School, if not already
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking ability preferred to support our Spanish-speaking customer base
- A natural communicator - comfortable on the phone and in person with families
