Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Gain hands-on guidance and mentoring to build essential community relationships and develop the expertise needed to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business. Operate within a structured program designed for clear career progression and promotion from within, supported by a culture of friendly competition. Requires a bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and one year of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- No more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 5 years) in sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 5 years) in customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
- Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
- Authorization to work in the United States
