Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee across Roselle Park, Union, Maplewood, Hillside, and Elizabeth branches, serving as the primary face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, and finance. Receive structured guidance, mentoring, and support to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish essential community relationships. Work an average of 46 hours per week with a target annual compensation of $62,704, including paid time off and comprehensive benefits. Maintain a valid unrestricted US driver's license and reside within a one-hour commute of the assigned location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- At least 18 years old
- Valid, unrestricted US driver's license
- Completion of mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements if first-time driver and under 21 in New Jersey
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
