Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads, and manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards. Maintain accurate data within the marketing database, execute sales and marketing initiatives to meet market share goals, and reconcile customer concerns to grow the current customer base. Perform operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management, with an optional on-call representative role based on supervisor schedules. This 18-24 month program (completable in 12 months) develops industry knowledge for a career path in sales, operations, or management at Ryder, which operates one of North America's largest fleets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be computer literate intermediate
- Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
