Job Summary
Management Trainee at Buckle focusing on sales, merchandising and operations to develop leadership and prepare for Store Manager responsibilities. Duties include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, demonstrating product knowledge, delivering sales targets, training and motivating Teammates, recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new staff, supervising Visual Merchandising, managing store operations, loss prevention, and providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. The program emphasizes customer service, team development, and preparation for management roles with potential travel within the district.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
