Job Summary
The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills through hands-on experience in various operational tasks. Trainees will collaborate with the Store Manager, assist in training and motivating teammates, and uphold store standards. Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, achieving sales goals, participating in teammate recruitment, and maintaining visual merchandising. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or related retail experience and demonstrate a commitment to customer service and teamwork.
