Management Trainee Program

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to fulfill the mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Manage visual displays for categories like denim and shoes, maintain store standards, and ensure the sales floor is consistently sized and organized. Act as the Store Manager in their absence by handling emergencies, completing register procedures, and managing inventory while recruiting, training, and motivating new Teammates. Collaborate with store and district management to review assignments, implement policies, and address performance feedback. Maintain a clean, organized environment and adhere to all safety and loss prevention guidelines.
