Job Summary
The Management Trainee position focuses on creating an enjoyable shopping experience, performing sales and operational tasks, and developing sales and leadership skills under the Store Manager's guidance. Responsibilities include guest service, merchandising, recruiting, training teammates, maintaining store standards, and assisting in daily operations. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to promote a positive team spirit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred
- one to three months related retail experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
