Management Trainee Program

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend items based on guest needs. Maintain store standards by managing visual displays, ensuring sales floors are sized correctly, and keeping the environment clean and organized. Perform cashiering, register procedures, and complete store opening and closing tasks accurately. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new teammates while acting as the Store Manager during their absence. Handle emergencies, manage inventory, and communicate feedback to store leadership regarding sales and team performance.
