Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend items to create a wardrobing experience. Manage visual displays for categories like denim and shoes, maintain store standards, and ensure the sales floor is consistently sized. Perform cashiering, register procedures, and complete store opening and closing procedures while handling returns and exchanges. Act as the Store Manager in their absence by immediately handling emergencies, recruiting new Teammates, and conducting interviews. Motivate and train Teammates to meet daily sales and accountability standards, while adhering to loss prevention policies and Buckle's Code of Ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
- Relocation may be required
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- No visa sponsorship is available
