Management Trainee Program

Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, answer questions regarding the store and merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain and share knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices while achieving personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals. Assist Store Manager with coaching Teammates, recruiting for the store, and participating in interviews. Develop skills to implement and create visual displays based on guidelines and manage product categories such as denim, shoe, promotions, and supplies. Accurately complete store opening and closing procedures, handle register balances and bank deposits, and adhere to loss prevention policies. Act as the Store Manager in their absence by immediately handling emergencies, managing returns and exchanges, and conveying feedback regarding sales and team performance. Review completed Management Trainee assignments with the District Manager and establish relationships with Area Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs, with the ability to travel and cover other stores within the District.
