Management Trainee Program

Management Trainee is responsible for a mix of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under Store Management, with duties including cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and store-cleaning. Works with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills to become a Store Manager, and may train and motivate teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence. Compensation includes an hourly base with commission for sales; offers full-time benefits including health, 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSA, paid time off, and more. Essential duties span Sales Generation and Guest Service, Teammate Recruiting and Development, Visual Merchandising, and Operations, with expectations of leadership, travel within district, and potential relocation.
