Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs while maintaining current sales and promotion knowledge. Manage visual displays for categories like denim and shoes, ensure the sales floor is consistently sized, and complete register balance and bank deposits daily. Assist Store Manager by recruiting, interviewing, and training new Teammates, while acting as Store Manager in their absence to handle emergencies and supervise operations. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel to cover other stores within the District as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
- Relocation may be required
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- No visa sponsorship is available
