Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to fulfill the mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks including cashiering, display pulls, and routine cleaning. Develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills by training and motivating teammates, acting as Store Manager in their absence. Manage product categories like denim and shoes, maintain store standards, and complete opening and closing procedures. Set goals for the Management Trainee Program, review assignments with District Manager, and handle emergencies or policy violations in the Store Manager's absence. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
- Relocation may be required
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
