Management Trainee Program

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store questions, and recommend merchandise based on guest needs. Maintain and share knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices while achieving personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals. Assist Store Manager with coaching Teammates, recruiting for the store, and participating in interviews. Develop skills to implement visual displays, manage product categories, and complete store opening and closing procedures. Act as the Store Manager in their absence, handle emergencies, and communicate store repair needs or policy violations to leadership. Set goals for the Management Trainee Program, review assignments with District Manager, and travel to cover other stores within the District.
