Job Summary
Management Trainee responsible for driving sales, guest service, and merchandising while developing leadership skills; works with Store Manager to recruit, train and develop Teammates, and can act as Store Manager in their absence. Tasks include sales generation, customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, daily store operations, training new Teammates, interviewing and onboarding, and coordinating with leadership on guest experience and store performance. The role involves leadership development, establishing client relationships, and potential travel within the district. Full-time role with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
