Job Summary

The Management Trainee Program focuses on developing sales, recruitment, and leadership skills while providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include assisting store management in operational tasks, coaching Teammates, managing visual merchandise, and fulfilling store opening and closing procedures. The Trainee will also participate in training and motivating Teammates, act as a Store Manager in their absence, and contribute to achieving sales goals. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study (preferred)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
