Job Summary
Management Trainee Program at Buckle focusing on sales, merchandising, and store operations to develop leadership and advance toward Store Manager roles. Responsibilities include greeting guests, aiding in product selection and demonstrations, achieving sales goals, training and motivating teammates, recruiting, onboarding, visual merchandising, inventory and loss-prevention duties, and supporting or acting as Store Manager in their absence. Includes opportunities to collaborate with Store Manager, travel within the district as needed, and participate in leadership-development activities while gaining customer-service excellence and store-operations expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
