Management Trainee Program

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend items based on guest needs. Maintain store standards by managing visual displays, ensuring sales floors are sized correctly, and keeping the environment clean and organized. Perform cashiering, register procedures, and complete store opening and closing tasks while handling returns, exchanges, and loss prevention duties. Assist the Store Manager by recruiting new Teammates, conducting interviews, coaching current staff, and acting as the Store Manager in their absence. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel to cover other stores within the district as required.
