Management Trainee Program

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain store standards by managing visual displays, ensuring sales floors are sized correctly, and keeping the environment clean and organized. Perform cashiering, register procedures, and complete store opening and closing tasks while handling returns and exchanges. Act as the Store Manager in their absence, immediately handling emergencies and supervising teammates to meet daily sales and loyalty goals. Fulfill the mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience by building guest relationships and recruiting new team members.
