Job Summary
The Management Trainee Program is designed for individuals seeking to develop their sales, merchandising, and leadership skills in a retail environment. Trainees will engage in customer service and sales generation activities, assist in training and mentoring team members, and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities include maintaining store operations, assisting with Teammate recruiting, and acting as Store Manager in their absence. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant retail experience and demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 months related retail experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred)
