Management Trainee Program

Conduct daily sales, merchandising, and operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise displays, and facility cleaning while greeting guests and recommending products. Assist the Store Manager by recruiting, interviewing, training, and motivating Teammates, and act as Store Manager in their absence to handle emergencies and manage the team. Manage visual displays, maintain inventory, process register balances, and ensure store standards are met. Work a flexible schedule covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Complete weekly Management Trainee program assignments and review progress with District Management.
