Job Summary
Greet guests, answer merchandise questions, and recommend products to drive personal sales goals and build client relationships. Manage visual displays for categories like denim and shoes, maintain store standards, and execute opening/closing procedures and register balances. Assist Store Manager by recruiting, interviewing, and training new Teammates, while acting as Store Manager during their absence to handle emergencies and loss prevention duties. Review Management Trainee assignments with District Manager and communicate performance feedback to leadership. Travel to cover other stores within the district as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
- Relocation may be required
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
