Management Trainee Program

Conduct daily sales, merchandising, and operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise display, and facility cleaning to fulfill the mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, recommend products, and maintain sales goals while sharing product knowledge and current promotions. Develop leadership skills by recruiting, training, and motivating new Teammates, coaching staff on accountability standards, and acting as the Store Manager in their absence. Manage visual displays for categories like denim and shoes, ensure store standards of excellence, and handle emergencies, returns, and loss prevention duties. Complete store opening and closing procedures, process bank deposits, and communicate feedback to store and district management. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel and cover other stores within the district.
