Management Trainee Program

Management Trainee Program focusing on developing future Buckle store leaders through hands-on experiences in sales, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, delivering legendary service, training and mentoring Teammates, recruiting and interviewing, leading in the absence of the Store Manager, and participating in visual merchandising and daily store operations. The role emphasizes leadership development, customer service excellence, achieving sales goals, and preparing to assume Store Manager responsibilities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred (or equivalent retail experience/training), with full-time availability and potential travel within the district. The position requires on-site work in Brandon, FL, with no visa sponsorship offered and relocation possible depending on business needs.
