Management Trainee Program

Management Trainee position at Buckle focused on developing leadership and store-operations skills through a structured program. Responsibilities include sales generation and guest service (greeting guests, assisting with merchandise, product knowledge, promotions, and guest loyalty), visual merchandising and inventory management, recruiting, training and developing Teammates, and supervisory activities with the potential to act as Store Manager in their absence. Provides hands-on experience in store operations, including opening/closing procedures, loss prevention, and customer service excellence, with opportunities to advance to Store Manager. Must demonstrate leadership, coaching, and collaboration with Store Manager and District leadership; travel within the district may be required.
