Management Trainee Program

Greet guests, recommend merchandise, and achieve personal sales goals while maintaining store standards and managing inventory. Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and leading Teammates, including conducting interviews and setting up meetings. Perform operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise displays, register procedures, and loss prevention controls. Act as the Store Manager in their absence by handling emergencies, managing returns, and ensuring clean, shoppable floors. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations.
