Job Summary
Conduct daily sales, merchandising, and operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise displays, and routine cleaning while fulfilling the mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Greet guests, recommend products, and achieve personal sales goals by utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Assist Store Manager by recruiting, interviewing, and training new Teammates; lead, motivate, and coach staff to meet accountability standards. Manage product categories, ensure store standards, and handle emergencies or store openings in the Manager's absence. Work a flexible schedule covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel to other stores within the District.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
- Relocation may be required
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
