Job Summary
The Management Trainee Program focuses on developing entry-level candidates for future management roles. Responsibilities include greeting Guests and providing exceptional service, assisting Store Managers with sales and operational tasks, leading recruitment and training initiatives, managing visual merchandising and store standards, and driving sales performance. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with related retail experience or training. Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. This full-time role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
