Job Summary
Greet guests, recommend merchandise, and achieve personal sales-per-hour goals while maintaining store standards and inventory. Lead and train new Teammates, conduct interviews, and manage visual displays for categories like denim and shoes. Act as the Store Manager during their absence, handle emergencies, and complete daily operational tasks including register procedures and loss prevention. Work a flexible schedule covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening and closing procedures. Review assignments with the District Manager and communicate performance feedback to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
- Relocation may be required
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- No visa sponsorship is available
