Job Summary
Management Trainee position focused on sales, merchandising and operations to support store leadership development. Responsibilities include performing sales and merchandising tasks, cashiering, display pulls, and training Teammates. Work directly with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills with the goal of becoming a Store Manager. The role also includes sharing responsibility for training and motivating Teammates and potentially acting as Store Manager in their absence. Compensation includes base pay plus commission for sales roles, with full-time benefits such as health options, 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSA, paid time off, and a 40% teammate discount. Education/experience requirements emphasize a Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 months retail experience or an equivalent combination. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
