Management Trainee Program

Management Trainee position focused on sales, merchandising and operations to support store leadership development. Responsibilities include performing sales and merchandising tasks, cashiering, display pulls, and training Teammates. Work directly with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills with the goal of becoming a Store Manager. The role also includes sharing responsibility for training and motivating Teammates and potentially acting as Store Manager in their absence. Education/experience requirements emphasize a Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 months retail experience or an equivalent combination.
