Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our structured management training program. You will receive guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish community relationships essential for running your own branch later. This role requires a valid driver's license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., available for a 46-hour work week, and live within a one-hour commute to either the Poughkeepsie or Kingston location. Target compensation is $62,704 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Age of at least 18 years
