Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills. Engage in community relationship building to cultivate new business and develop your team under structured mentoring and guidance. Operate within a 45-hour work week with an annual compensation of $51,055.50, reporting to the Management Training Program at the Pocatello Branch. This role prepares you to eventually run your own branch within a culture of friendly competition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be living in Pocatello or the surrounding areas within 30 days of the anticipated start date
