Job Summary
Monitor store operations and profitability while managing recruitment, training, and performance reviews for the team. Maintain inventory levels, control expenses, and ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies. Oversee daily store activities including opening/closing procedures, merchandising standards, and suggestive selling initiatives. Resolve customer issues, assist with outside sales calls, and manage accounts payable/receivable. Execute physical tasks such as unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work a minimum of 50 hours per week with a two-year retail experience and relevant degree required.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a two or four year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Effective financial planning and management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience
- Background in inside sales
- Job involves a wide variety of tasks including bending, lifting, and sitting
- Individual must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Individual will usually be required to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
