Job Summary
Conduct rotational assignments across store operations, headquarters, and logistics centers to gain hands-on experience in merchandising, supply chain, and marketing. Apply company SOPs, product knowledge, and operational standards while supporting daily store performance goals and executing promotional activities. Maintain product quality, inventory control (FIFO), and merchandising standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop leadership skills through team supervision, scheduling, and coaching. Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Complete program evaluations and assessments. Participate in structured training and assessments to prepare for future roles as Supervisor, Department Manager, or Store Manager within the RISE Program.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in retail management or corporate functions
- Willingness to relocate and travel for rotational assignments
- Ability to work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English is a must + Chinese or Spanish)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- No prior full-time experience required; internship or part-time experience is a plus
- experience with retail systems or SAP is a plus
- Associate degree preferred
