Job Summary
Conduct structured rotations across store operations, headquarters, and logistics to gain hands-on leadership experience. Apply company SOPs, product knowledge, and merchandising standards while supporting daily store performance goals and executing promotional activities. Maintain inventory control, ensure compliance and safety, and develop team supervision skills through coaching and performance management training. Complete program evaluations and assessments to track progress toward potential roles such as Store Manager or Department Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in retail management or corporate functions
- Willingness to relocate and travel for rotational assignments
- Ability to work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English is a must + Chinese or Spanish)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- No prior full-time experience required; internship or part-time experience is a plus
- experience with retail systems or SAP is a plus
- Associate degree preferred
