Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within a structured management training program. You will receive guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and eventually run your own branch. Establish essential community relationships to support business growth in a culture of friendly competition. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant experience, and a valid unrestricted US driver's license. Applicants must live within a one-hour commute of the Morristown, Flemington, Hillsborough, Raritan, North Brunswick, or Green Brook locations and be available for a 46-hour workweek. Target compensation is $62,704 annually plus applicable overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- At least 18 years old
- Valid, unrestricted US driver's license
- Completion of mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements if first-time driver and under 21 in New Jersey
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
